About CATCUSA

Who

We are community of evangelical Christians who believe that following Jesus with integrity means that our lives are formed by our love for God, the teaching of the Bible and a fearless life of discipleship in the complexities of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

We believe that one of the first hallmarks of discipleship is love for both our own community and for our enemies.

We desire to find Jesus at the center of everything we do and to make his life our life. Which means finding courageous love for Palestinian Arabs and Israeli Jews alike.

Christ at the Checkpoint USA is for anyone interested in the issues regarding the conflict or desires to learn from and connect with brothers and sisters in the Land. The event is not intended to get participants to take sides for or against any group or government or people, but to genuinely explore how Jesus can be lifted up as the hope of the world.

What

Christ at the Checkpoint USA is an event designed to inform and engage Christians in the issues related to the conflict in the Holy Land and provide opportunities to learn and connect with their brothers and sisters in Christ who live in the land. Following the model of the original Christ at the Checkpoint event held in Bethlehem, this event will feature speakers, teachers, hands on learning, worship and conversations to fully engage participants.

The cost of registration for the conference is $300 per person. The registration fee covers the full program of speakers and events, as well as lunch and dinner each day of the conference.
